SPICE3 Win32 Simulator Option (part# S3O64PC) US$95.00

Windows 32-bit adaptation of the latest version of U.C. Berkeley SPICE 3F.5 analog circuit simulator. The following models are also included: BSIM3 v3.3 (levels 8 & 49), BSIM4 v6.0 (level 14), BSIMSOI v3.0 (level 9), EKV v2.6 (levels 44 & 55), VBIC v1.2 (level 4). This is not a mixed-mode analog/digital simulator. Note: this is an alternate simulator option (simulators can be selected from the menu), not an enhancement to the standard simulator. Requires TopSPICE/Win32 v7.10 or higher.
