• This is a single-user single-computer license product.

• This product is distributed in the form of computer file(s). The product file(s) must be downloaded by the user from a protected website account.

• The product file(s) must be downloaded within 60 days of the order invoice date. After 60 days, payment of a service fee is required to setup another download account.

• Products cannot be downloaded after one year from the order invoice date or the product is discontinued whichever comes first.

• Penzar Development does not offer storage services for purchased products. It is the customer's responsibility to keep backup copies of the downloaded product file(s) in a safe place for future use. Discontinued or obsolete version products are not available for download.

• This product requires online activation. Activation requires an internet connection. Customer must agree to comply with the product license activation and verification procedure described in the License Activation information page.

• Two new activations are allowed for single-computer license ESD products. The second activation is for backup. Penzar Development activation policy allows a reasonable number of reactivations on the same computer within a certain time period.

• The registered user may request additional new activations after the two allowed activations. Penzar Development will approve additional activation requests on a case by case basis. Penzar Development reserves the right to refuse any additional activation requests for any reason. Additional activations must be requested by e-mail. A maximum of two new activations are allowed for any twelve months period.

• This product cannot be returned after the product has been activated. We cannot cancel an order or issue any refunds for the product after the product has been activated.
