TopSpice 8 Service Updates

These updates are for registered users of TopSpice 8.

If you are not a registered end user, you must register before requesting any updates.

Please follow these instructions before installing updates

You must request the installation password and instructions by email to with the subject line "TopSpice Update". Your message must include the registered user's full name, company name (if applicable), software serial number, and the update version number you want to install.

The Help|Updates|Email Update Request menu command is also available for your convenience.

If you prefer, you can use the Update Request Form instead.

Note: password requests are handled by email only. Please do not call to request passwords.

These are incremental updates. They must be installed sequentially (low to high version numbers).
You cannot skip any posted updates or go back in version number.
Please check your current installation version number for applicable updates.

  • TopSpice 8.97a Service Update (topspiceupdate897setup.zip) (12MB, 2023-1-12)
    This update is for TopSpice installation version 8.90 or higher only.
    Minimum system requirements for this update are Windows 7, 1GB RAM and Intel Core or compatible CPU. Do not install this update if your system does not meet these requirements.
